We ship worldwide.
After your linen clothing is produced, the delivery takes up to 1-3 weeks. Delivery time is calculated from the day the package is sent from our warehouse.
Free delivery service is applied to all orders except for specific destination countries given below:
Brunei, Chile, China, Australia, Colombia, India, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Mexico, Malaysia, Peru, Singapore, South Africa, Thailand, Zambia, Zimbabwe.
Shipping to the countries listed above costs €15 and is carried out by DHL delivery service.
Returns & Exchange Policy
items that did not match your expectations, can be sent back after you have contacted our customer service team about the return.
Our garments are eligible for a refund if they meet the following terms:
Items must be in the original size and length
Items must be in the original condition (not used, not washed and not damaged)
Items in specific colors may not be eligible for a refund. For more information, get in touch with customer service
The return package must contain a return form completed
The return package must contain all the contents of the original package except for the gifts
NOTE, do not forget to mark the order number, otherwise, we will not be able to identify the parcel.
Items must be returned within 14 days from the initial delivery
We do not cover return shipping expenses for the countries mentioned above.
once we receive your return package, we need to check them to ensure that the clothes returned are in the original condition. We need 14 days to check the parcel, after that we will issue a refund. The funds are sent to the account that was used to pay for the initial order.
DUTIES AND TAXES
there are no duties within the European Union. However, For international shipments outside the European Union, there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that littlefoot fashion does not have any control over these fees and cannot advise as to what the costs will be. it varies from country to country. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
